Aero JL, S.A. de C.V.
Contravention
A) On or about June 4, 2016, Aero JL, S.A. de C.V.operated an air service between Toluca International Airport, Mexico (MMTO), and Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada (CYWG) using a Learjet 35 aircraft bearing registration XA-WIN, to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act (CTA).
(B) On or about June 4, 2016, Aero JL, S.A. de C.V.operated an air service between Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada (CYWG) and Toluca International Airport, Mexico (MMTO), using a Learjet 35 aircraft bearing registration XA-WIN, to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the CTA.
(C) On or about November 22, 2016, Aero JL, S.A. de C.V.operated an air service between Los Cabos, Mexico (MMSD) and Montréal,Quebec, Canada (CYUL), using a Learjet 60 aircraft bearing registration XA-UUP, to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the CTA.
(D) On or about November 23, 2016, Aero JL, S.A. de C.V.operated an air service between Montréal, Quebec, Canada (CYUL) and Teterboro, New Jersey, USA (KTEB), using a Learjet 60 aircraft bearing registration XA-UUP, to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the CTA.
