Aerovias de Mexico S.A de C.V.

On or about October 26, 2016, Aerovias de Mexico S.A de C.V. violated:

• paragraph 135.8(1)(d) of the Air Transportation Regulations by not providing a breakdown of the name and amount of each tax, fee or charge relating to the air service that is a third party charge on the booking system found on the website aeromexico.com.
• subsection 135.8(2) of the Air Transportation Regulations  by not setting out all third party charges under the heading “Taxes, Fees and Charges” on the booking system found on the website aeromexico.com.
