Air Liaison Inc.

A) On or about June 13, 2017, Air Liaison inc operated an air service between La Romaine (Quebec) and Sept-Îles (Québec) using a Beech King Air 90 aircraft bearing registration C-FMSY operated by Sept-Îles Aéro Service inc,, to transport passengers without holding a valid licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the CTA.
