Air North & Training Ltd.

Results of an investigation indicate that Air North Charter & Training Ltd. is in contravention of paragraphs 93(1)(a) and, 93(1)(c) of the Air Transportation Regulations by operating a Transborder Passenger Charter (TPC) or series of TPCs as prescribed without obtaining a program permit nor providing a copy of a financial guarantee.
