Dumont Aircraft Charter, LLC

Results of an investigation conducted by a designated enforcement officer of the Canadian Transportation Agency, Ontario Region, indicate that Dumont Aircraft Charter, LLC has violated subsection 74(2) of the Canada Transportation Act in that it operated one 5th/7th freedom flight in Canada without authorization by the Agency. Thereby, Dumont Aircraft Charter, LLC did not comply with the terms and conditions of its non-scheduled licence No. 160023 for a flight that it operated on March 17, 2017 between Toronto, Ontario, Canada and Beef Island, Tortola, BVI.
