Elite Airways LLC

On or about March 5 and 7, 2014, Elite Airways LLC operated an air service between Toronto, Ontario, Canada and Newark, USA and Miami, USA and Nassau, Bahamas using a Canadair Regional Jet CRJ-100 type aircraft bearing registration N97EA, to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act.

On or about March 9 and 10, 2014, Elite Airways LLC operated an air service between Nassau, Bahamas and Toronto, Ontario, Canada using a Canadair Regional Jet CRJ-100 type aircraft bearing registration N97EA, to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act.
