On or about August 10, 2013, The Flight Shops Inc. carrying on business as Flight Centre published an advertisement for air services in the Vancouver Star. The advertisement did not mention any limitation on the period for which the service will be provided, thereby violating paragraph 135.8(1)(c) of the Air Transportation Regulations.
