Fuga Inc.

From March 2, to March 8, 2013, Fuga Inc operated an air service using an aircraft bearing registration N45AC, to transport passengers to and/or from the following destinations (Toronto, Ontario, Charlotte, North Carolina, Van Nuys, Los Angeles, Calgary, Alberta, and Vancouver, British Columbia) without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violation paragraph 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act.
