On or about February 28, 2014, the Greater Moncton International Airport contravened section 8 and 9 of the Personnel Training for the Assistance of Persons with Disabilities Regulations by not ensuring that all their employees and contractors who are required by these Regulations receive and complete training and periodic refresher sessions.
