Iberia, Lineas Aereas de Espana

As of October 25 2012, Lineas Aereas de Espana (Iberia) is in contravention of subsection 116.1 of the Air Transportation Regulations by selling and offering for sale an international service on its Internet site without displaying the terms and conditions of carriage applicable to that air service.
