Indo Canadian Academy Inc. (Phoenix Aviation)

Results of an investigation indicate that Indo Canadian Academy Inc., carrying on business as Phoenix Aviation, is in contravention of section 59 of the Canada Transportation Act in that it publicly offered for sale an air service without holding an Agency licence in respect of that service.
