Kativik Regional Government

Results of an inspection conducted by a Designated Enforcement Officer of the Canadian Transportation Agency indicate that the Kativik Regional Government is in contravention of sections 8 and 11 of the Personnel Training for the Assistance of Persons with Disabilities Regulations by failing to ensure that all employees and contractors receive the required training within established time limits as well as failing to keep available for inspection a copy of its current training program.
