Contravention

On or about December 19, 2014, Med Jets S.A. de C.V. d/b/a Jet Rescue Air Ambulance operated an ambulance air service between Tijuana, Mexico, and Vancouver, Canada, using a Learjet 35 aircraft bearing registration XA-ICU transporting passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act.

On or about December 20, 2014, Med Jets S.A. de C.V. d/b/a Jet Rescue Air Ambulance operated an ambulance air service between Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, and Kelowna, Canada, using a Learjet 35 aircraft bearing registration XA-ICU transporting passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act.

On or about December 29, 2014, Med Jets S.A. de C.V. d/b/a Jet Rescue Air Ambulance operated an ambulance air service between Tijuana, Mexico, and Vancouver, Canada, using a Learjet 35 aircraft bearing registration XA-ICU transporting passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act.

On or about January 15, 2015, Med Jets S.A. de C.V. d/b/a Jet Rescue Air Ambulance operated an ambulance air service between Tijuana, Mexico, and Vancouver, Canada, using a Learjet 35 aircraft bearing registration XA-ICU transporting passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act.

On or about January 18, 2015, Med Jets S.A. de C.V. d/b/a Jet Rescue Air Ambulance operated an ambulance air service between Yuma, USA, and Penticton, Canada, using a Learjet 35 aircraft bearing registration XA-ICU transporting passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act.

On or about January 19, 2015, Med Jets S.A. de C.V. d/b/a Jet Rescue Air Ambulance operated an ambulance air service between Mazatlán, Mexico, and Vancouver, Canada, using a Learjet 35 aircraft bearing registration XA-ICU transporting passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act.

On or about February 26, 2015, Med Jets S.A. de C.V. d/b/a Jet Rescue Air Ambulance operated an ambulance air service between Reynosa, Mexico, and Montreal, Canada, using a Learjet 35 aircraft bearing registration XA-ICU transporting passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act.

On or about March 26, 2015, Med Jets S.A. de C.V. d/b/a Jet Rescue Air Ambulance operated an ambulance air service between Chihuahua, Mexico, and Edmonton, Canada, using a Learjet 35 aircraft bearing registration XA-ICU transporting passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act.
