Mike’s Oilfield Services Ltd.

On or about July 6, 2012, Mike’s Oilfield Services Ltd. operated an air service between Lloydminster, Alberta, and Maurice Lake, Alberta, using a Cessna 208 aircraft bearing registration C-GBIT, to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act.

On or about July 10, 2012, Mike’s Oilfield Services Ltd. operated an air service between Maurice Lake, Alberta, and Lloydminster, Alberta, using a Cessna 208 aircraft bearing registration C-GBIT, to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act.
