OpsMobil Inc.

Results of an investigation indicate that OpsMobil Inc. previously Airborne Energy Solutions Ltd. advertising as AIRBORNE – a Gemini Company, is in contravention of section 59 of the Canada Transportation Act in that it publicly offered for sale an air service without holding an Agency licence in respect of that service. OpsMobil Inc. advertised via AIRBORNE – A Gemini Company as an air service by offering a “Citation Mustang” bearing registration C-GNTL, a Cessna 510 type of aircraft for which no Canadian Air Operator Certificate is held and therefore, no Canadian Transportation Agency licence is held.
