Contravention
On or about July 29, 2014, SP Aviation, Inc. operated an air service between San Jose, California, USA (KSJC) and Victoria, British Columbia, Canada (CYYJ) and Vancouver, British Columbia (CYVR), Canada and Oakland, California, USA (KOAK) using a Learjet 55 type aircraft bearing registration N803GJ, to transport passengers, without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act.
On or about October 27, 2014, SP Aviation, Inc. operated an air service between Oakland, California, USA (KOAK) and Vancouver, British Columbia (CYVR), Canada using a Learjet 55 type aircraft bearing registration N801GJ, to transport passengers, without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act.
On or about December 29, 2014, SP Aviation, Inc. operated an air service between Oakland, California, USA (KOAK) and Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada (CYVR) and Las Vegas, Nevada, USA (KLAS) using a Gulfstream IV type aircraft bearing registration N495RS, to transport passengers, without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act.
On or about January 1, 2015, SP Aviation, Inc. operated an air service between Las Vegas, Nevada, USA (KLAS) and Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada (CYVR) and Oakland, California, USA (KOAK) using a Gulfstream IV type aircraft bearing registration N495RS, to transport passengers, without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act.
