Visions Helicopters Ltd.

Results of a recent periodic carrier inspection conducted on February 22, 2018 by a designated enforcement officer of the Canadian Transportation Agency indicate that Visions Helicopters Ltd. was in contravention of the following: paragraph 67(1)(a), subsection 67(3) of the Canada Transportation Act, and subsections 116(1) and 116(2) of the Air Transportation Regulations.
