How to submit supporting documents for your air travel complaint

Please send your supporting documents within 5 business days by email, fax or mail.

We can't process your complaint until we have all of your documents. Your case may be closed if we haven't received all of your supporting documents to complete your application within 5 business days from receipt of complaint.

Make sure to include your case number. Include legible copies (not original documents) of:

  • all correspondence between you and the carrier;
  • all electronic or paper ticket(s); 
  • any claim forms and receipts of expenses for reimbursement (if applicable); and
  • written authorization from each passenger if using a representative who is not a lawyer or parent/legal guardian (if applicable).
