IN THE MATTER OF Order No. 1988-R-495, dated May 27, 1988, which authorized Consumers Gas Company Limited to construct a temporary 4 n.p.s. plastic gas pipeline across and under the Oakville Freight Mainline (or Highline) tracks of the Canadian National Railway Company, opposite Mileage 0.69 Oakville Subdivision, along Spadina Avenue, in the City of Toronto, in the Province of Ontario; and
IN THE MATTER OF Drawing No. 10-8810, revised June 14, 1988, submitted by the Canadian National Railway Company, showing the as constructed pipeline, a permanent 12 n.p.s. steel gas line.
