The Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) will hold a virtual oral hearing from Wednesday, January 27 to Friday, January 29, 2021, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (EST).

The purpose of the oral hearing is to allow the Agency to gather additional information and hear evidence from witnesses on whether Air Canada can remove the obstacle faced by the applicant without experiencing undue hardship.

Mr. Greco has a vision impairment and uses a screen reader. Since Air Canada launched its new website in January 2017, Mr. Greco has had difficulty using Air Canada’s online reservation system.

Attendance at the virtual oral hearing

Participation in the hearing will be limited to the parties to the application, their witnesses and an expert appointed by the Agency.

Anyone wishing to observe the proceedings may do so, except for any parts of the hearing which may be held in camera to hear confidential evidence. Capacity will be limited and on a first-come first-served basis.
