By Decision No. WDA1987-3-10341 dated January 9, 1987, Arcot Aviation Ltd. was granted authority to also use fixed wing aircraft in Group C under Licence Nos. A.T.C 3898/85(C) and A.T.C. 913/85(CF) (now Licence Nos. 882896 and 882897, respectively), subject to meeting the requirements of the Air Transport Committee of the Canadian Transport Commission as applicable.

By letter dated January 10, 1989, Arcot Aviation Ltd. advised the National Transportation Agency that its plans to operate an aircraft in Group C have been postponed indefinitely and requested that the Agency rescind Decision No. WDA1987-3-10341.

The Agency has reviewed the matter and is of the opinion that there has been a change in the circumstances pertaining to Decision No. WDA1987-3-10341 dated January 9, 1987.

Decision No. WDA1987-3-10341 dated January 9, 1987 is hereby rescinded, pursuant to the Agency's power under section 41 of the National Transportation Act, 1987, S.C. 1987, c. 34, to review, rescind or vary any decision or order made by it.
