Air Creebec Inc. (hereinafter the applicant) has applied to the National Transportation Agency for the amendment set out in the title. The application was received on November 4, 1988.

Under Licence No. 882691, the applicant is authorized to operate a Class 2 Regular Specific Point domestic service using fixed wing aircraft in Groups B, C, D and E, serving the points Val-d'Or, Matagami, Lebel-sur-Quévillon, Chibougamau/Chapais, Némiscau, Rupert-House, Eastmain, Wemindji, Fort-George/La Grande 2, Poste-de-la-Baleine and Rouyn/Noranda, P.Q.; and Ottawa, Moosonee/Moose Factory, Ontario. Condition Nos. 2 and 3 read as follows:

2. The Licensee is prohibited from operating direct flights between Chibougamau and Poste-de-la-Baleine and between Chibougamau and Fort-George/La Grande (LG-2).

3. The Licensee is prohibited from operating direct flights between the points Val-d'Or and Poste-de-la-Baleine in both directions.

Notice of the application was published on November 29 and 30 and December 1, 1988 in the newspapers of the areas concerned and posted at the local post offices of Chisasibi and Poste-de-la-Baleine. Copies of the notice were also sent to selected air carriers and to others believed to be interested. No interventions opposing the granting of the application were filed with the Agency. Accordingly, the application is hereby approved.

Condition Nos. 2 and 3 of Licence No. 882691 are hereby deleted.

A new document of licence, bearing Licence No. 882691, will issue to Air Creebec Inc.
