APPLICATION by 3122999 Manitoba Ltd. carrying on business as Cranberry Air for amendment of Licence No. 940105 by deleting Condition No. 2.

3122999 Manitoba Ltd. carrying on business as Cranberry Air (hereinafter the applicant) has applied to the National Transportation Agency for the amendment set out in the title. The application was received on December 14, 1995.

Under Licence No. 940105, the applicant is authorized to operate a Class 4 Charter domestic service using fixed wing aircraft in Group A, from a base at Cranberry Portage, Manitoba.

Condition No. 2 of Licence No. 940105 states:

The Licensee is restricted in its operations to the period between May 1 and October 15 of each year.

Notice of the application was published on January 12, 1996 in the newspaper of the area concerned. In addition, selected air carriers and others who may have an interest in the proceedings were notified of the application. No interventions opposing the granting of the application were filed with the Agency.

The Agency has reviewed the application and deems it appropriate in the public interest to amend Licence No. 940105 by deleting Condition No. 2.

Pursuant to subsection 72(4) of the National Transportation Act, 1987, R.S.C., 1985, c. 28 (3rd Supp.), Licence No. 940105 is hereby amended by deleting Condition No. 2.

A new document of licence bearing Licence No. 940105 will be issued to 3122999 Manitoba Ltd. carrying on business as Cranberry Air.
