By Decision No. WDA1986-63-9686 dated April 11, 1986, Bulls-Eye Aviation Ltd. was granted authority to operate a Class 4 Charter commercial air service wholly within Southern Canada using fixed wing aircraft in Group A, from a base at Beiseker, Alberta, subject to meeting the requirements of the Air Transport Committee of the Canadian Transport Commission as applicable.

By letter dated February 11, 1988, Bulls-Eye Aviation Ltd. requested the Agency to rescind Decision No. WDA1986-63-9686 dated April 11, 1986.

The Agency has considered the matter and is of the opinion that there has been a change in the circumstances pertaining to Decision No. WDA1986-63-9686 dated April 11, 1986.

Decision No. WDA1986-63-9686 dated April 11, 1986 is hereby rescinded, pursuant to the Agency's power under section 41 of the National Transportation Act, 1987, S.C. 1987, c. 34, to review, rescind or vary any decision or order made by it.
