APPLICATION by D.F. McGillivary carrying on business as Country Airlines to lift the suspension of Licence No. 930371 imposed by Decision No. 39-A-1996 dated January 18, 1996.

D.F. McGillivary carrying on business as Country Airlines 1 (The Agency was advised that D.F. McGillivary carrying on business as Country Airlines has changed its name to Country Airlines Ltd.) (hereinafter the Licensee) has applied to the National Transportation Agency to lift the suspension set out in the title. The application was received on February 19, 1996.

Under Licence No. 930371, the Licensee is authorized to operate a domestic service.

By Decision No. 39-A-1996 dated January 18, 1996, inter alia, Licence No. 930371 was suspended pursuant to subsection 75(2) of the National Transportation Act, 1987, R.S.C., 1985, c. 28 (3rd Supp.).

The Agency has reviewed the application and is satisfied that the Licensee has the qualifications necessary for the issuance of Licence No. 930371. Accordingly, the Agency is of the opinion that the suspension of Licence No. 930371 imposed by Decision No. 39-A-1996 should be lifted.

The suspension of Licence No. 930371 imposed by Decision No. 39-A-1996 dated January 18, 1996 is hereby lifted.
