In its Decision No. 347-A-2009, the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency), pursuant to subsection 63(1) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10, as amended (CTA), suspended the domestic licence of 2146075 Ontario Limited (Licensee).

Following the issuance of Decision No. 347‑A‑2009, documents were filed in support of the application to reinstate 2146075 Ontario Limited's licence in the name of 2146075 Ontario Limited carrying on business as V. Kelner Helicopters.

The Agency has reviewed the application and concludes that the Licensee now meets all the applicable requirements of section 61 of the CTA.

Accordingly, the licence is reinstated.

A new document of licence bearing Licence No. 080064 will be issued in the name of 2146075 Ontario Limited carrying on business as V. Kelner Helicopters.
