In its 203-A-2015">Decision No. 203-A-2015, the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) suspended the domestic licence of Green Airways Ltd. (Licensee).

The Licensee now requests the cancellation of the licence.

Accordingly, the Agency, pursuant to paragraph 63(2)(b) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10, as amended, cancels the licence.
