APPLICATION by IBC Airways, Inc. for authority to also transport passengers under Licence No. 000174.

IBC Airways, Inc. (the Licensee) has applied to the Canadian Transportation Agency (the Agency) for the authority set out in the title. The application was complete on March 25, 2008.
Pursuant to Licence No. 000174, the Licensee is authorized to operate cargo charter flights in accordance with Annex III of the Air Transport Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the United States of America signed on March 12, 2007.
The Agency has reviewed the application and is satisfied that the Licensee now meets the requirements of subsection 73(2) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10, as amended (the CTA), with respect to the carriage of passengers.
Therefore, the Agency deems it appropriate to amend Licence No. 000174 by adding the authority to also transport passengers. Accordingly, the Agency, pursuant to subsection 74(1) of the CTA, hereby amends Condition No. 1 of Licence No. 000174 to read:
The Licensee is authorized to operate charter flights in accordance with Annex III of the Agreement.
A new document of licence bearing Licence No. 000174 will be issued to IBC Airways, Inc.
