APPLICATION by Cargojet Airways Ltd. also carrying on business as Cargojet Regional for cancellation of the large aircraft portion of Licence Nos. 000014, 000015 and 000173.

In response to an application by Cargojet Airways Ltd. also carrying business as Cargojet Regional (Licensee), the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency), in its Decision No. 81-A-2009, suspended the large aircraft portion of the licences of the Licensee.
Pursuant to paragraphs 63(2)(b), 72(2)(b) and 75(2)(b) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10, as amended, the Agency may cancel licences in accordance with a request from the Licensee.
Accordingly, the Agency, pursuant to paragraphs 63(2)(b), 72(2)(b) and 75(2)(b) of the CTA, cancels the large aircraft portion of the licences.
New documents of licence will be issued.
