IN THE MATTER OF the operation of a scheduled international service by Frontier Airlines Inc. - Licence No. A.T.C. 2322/74(N).

WHEREAS under Licence No. A.T.C. 2322/74(N), Frontier Airlines Inc. (hereinafter the Licensee) is authorized to operate a scheduled international service to transport persons, goods and mail serving the points Bismarck/Minot, North Dakota, U.S.A. and Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

WHEREAS by Diplomatic Note No. 494 dated November 15, 1988, the United States Government withdrew the designation of the Licensee in respect of the aforementioned route.

WHEREAS in light of the above-noted withdrawal of the Licensee's designation, the National Transportation Agency has determined that the Licensee ceases to have the qualifications necessary for the issuance of the said licence.

WHEREAS the Agency has reviewed the matter and considers it appropriate to cancel Licence No. A.T.C. 2322/74(N).

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

Licence No. A.T.C. 2322/74(N) is hereby cancelled pursuant to subsection 92(1) of the National Transportation Act, 1987, S.C. 1987, c. 34.
