IN THE MATTER OF the application of the Canadian National Railway Company (hereinafter the Applicant) for authority to operate its trains under the overhead bridge carrying the Enclosure Provincial Park Road across and over its track, near Newcastle, in the Province of New Brunswick, at Mile 62.7 Newcastle Subdivision, which bridge was reconstructed pursuant to the provisions of Railway Transport Committee Order No. R-40400, dated March 5, 1987.

WHEREAS the Applicant has provided "as built" Plan Nos. SK-2196 and SK-2197 of the said reconstructed bridge.
UPON reading the submissions filed, and being satisfied that the Agency's orders and directions have been carried out; that the said overhead bridge may be used without danger to the public,
IT IS ORDERED THAT:
The Applicant is authorized to operate its trains under the said overhead bridge.
