IN THE MATTER OF the accident on February 2, 1988 at the crossing of the railway of Canadian Pacific Limited and Bowen Road, in the Province of British Columbia, at mileage 76.53 Victoria Subdivision.

IT IS ORDERED AND DIRECTED that the speed limitation prescribed by subsection 249(4) of the Railway Act, R.S.C. 1970, c. R-2, shall not be in effect at the said crossing unless an accident of the type specified in the said subsection occurs thereat subsequent to the date of the accident referred to in the heading of this Order.
