UPON reading the submissions filed,

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

  1. By-Law No. P.W.-202-68 of the City of London, in the Province of Ontario, dated February 1, 1988, is approved.
  2. Order Nos. R-13454 and R-38369 of the Railway Transport Committee, dated January 24, 1972 and July 29, 1985, respectively, are hereby rescinded.
