IN THE MATTER OF Order No. R-39458 of the Railway Transport Committee, dated June 6, 1986, respecting the installation of protective devices at the crossing of the railway of Canadian Pacific Limited and Taites Road, in the Township of Murray, in the Province of Ontario, at mileage 106.00 Belleville Subdivision.

WHEREAS Clause 4 of the said Order authorized the payment of eighty per cent of the cost of the work or the sum of $59,600., whichever is the lesser, out of the moneys appropriated by Parliament for the purposes of the Railway Relocation and Crossing Act, S.C. 1974, c. 12;
WHEREAS the cost of the work has exceeded the original estimate on which the payment was based; and
WHEREAS the cost of the work has been determined by the Agency to be $84,763.46.
UPON reading the submissions filed,
IT IS ORDERED THAT:
An additional amount of $8,210.77, towards the cost of the work, as authorized by the said Order No. R-39458 of the Railway Transport Committee, dated June 6, 1986, shall be authorized to be paid out of the moneys appropriated by Parliament for the purposes of the Railway Relocation and Crossing Act.
