IN THE MATTER OF the application of Jasper School District No. 3063, in the Province of Alberta to be declared an urban municipality within the meaning of subsection 248(3) of the Railway Act, R.S.C. 1970, c. R-2; and

IN THE MATTER OF the application of Jasper School District No. 3063, in the Province of Alberta for approval of its By-Law No. 122 dated December 16, 1987, prohibiting the sounding of engine whistles, such sounding required in accordance with subsection 248(1) of the Railway Act, at the following highway crossing:

UPON reading the submissions filed,

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

  1. Jasper School District No. 3063 is declared an urban municipality.
