IN THE MATTER OF the installation for the bulk storage of flammable liquids in the Village of Denzil, in the Province of Saskatchewan, near mileage 31.3, Macklin Subdivision of Canadian Pacific Limited, constructed under the authority of Order Nos. 64599, 86227 and 125202 of the Board of Transport Commissioners for Canada dated March 17, 1944, May 19, 1955 and August 10, 1967 respectively; and

IN THE MATTER OF the application of Canadian Pacific Limited, on behalf of Imperial Oil Limited (hereinafter the Applicant), for authority to modify the said installation by constructing new works and by altering the existing works, as shown on the Applicant's Drawing No. 5-B-7184-1, dated July 28, 1986 on file with the Agency under File No. 28638.2.824.

UPON reading the submissions filed,

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

  1. The Applicant is hereby authorized to modify the said installation for the bulk storage of flammable liquids by constructing new works and by altering the existing works as shown on the said Drawing.
  2. The modifications to the said installation shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Flammable Liquids Bulk Storage Regulations General Order No. 0-32, C.R.C. 1978, c. 1148.
  3. Within thirty days following completion of the said work, the Applicant shall notify the National Transportation Agency of such completion.
  4. The installation as modified shall be maintained and operated in accordance with the requirements of the Flammable Liquids Bulk Storage Regulations General Order No. 0-32, C.R.C. 1978, c. 1148.
