IN THE MATTER OF the operation of a Class 9-4 Charter non-scheduled international service by Novair International Airways Limited trading as Novair - Licence No. 880482.

WHEREAS under Licence No. 880482, Novair International Airways Limited trading as Novair (hereinafter the Licensee) is authorized to operate a Class 9-4 Charter non-scheduled international service to transport traffic on Advance Booking Charters between points in the United Kingdom and points in Canada using fixed wing aircraft in Group H;

AND WHEREAS by registered letter dated April 2, 1990, the Licensee was required to file with the Agency a declaration stating that it continues to have the qualifications necessary for the issuance of the said licence by May 18, 1990;

AND WHEREAS by letter dated July 2, 1990, the Licensee advised the Agency that it has ceased all operations effective May 5, 1990, and therefore no longer requires Licence No. 880482;

AND WHEREAS the Agency has determined that the Licensee ceases to have the qualifications necessary for the issuance of the said licence;

AND WHEREAS the Agency has reviewed the matter and considers it appropriate to cancel Licence No. 880482.

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED THAT:

Licence No. 880482 is hereby cancelled pursuant to subsection 97(2) of the National Transportation Act, 1987, R.S.C., 1985, c. 28 (3rd Supp.).
