WHEREAS under Licence No. 883592, Peter Yassie carrying on business as Dene Air Service (hereinafter the Licensee) is authorized to operate a Class 4 Charter domestic service using fixed wing aircraft in Group A, from a base at Tadoule Lake, Manitoba;

AND WHEREAS under Licence No. 883593, the Licensee is authorized to operate a domestic service;

AND WHEREAS Transport Canada has advised the Agency that the Licensee's operating certificate was cancelled effective August 9, 1990;

AND WHEREAS the Licensee's certificate of insurance expired on October 9, 1990;

AND WHEREAS the Agency has determined that the Licensee ceases to have the qualifications necessary for the issuance of the said licences;

AND WHEREAS the Agency has reviewed the matter and considers it appropriate to suspend Licence Nos. 883592 and 883593.

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED THAT:

1. Licence Nos. 883592 and 883593 are hereby suspended pursuant to paragraph 75(1)(a) of the National Transportation Act, 1987, R.S.C., 1985, c. 28 (3rd Supp.).
2. The Licensee is hereby required to show cause within thirty (30) days from the date of this Order why the said licences should not be cancelled pursuant to paragraph 75(1)(a) of the National Transportation Act, 1987.

This Order shall form part of Licence Nos. 883592 and 883593 and shall remain affixed thereto as long as the said Order is in force.
