WHEREAS by Decision No. 94-A-1988 dated June 15, 1988, General Aerospace Inc. carrying on business as Skywalker (hereinafter the applicant) was authorized to operate a scheduled international service between Toronto (Toronto Island Airport), Ontario, Canada and Cleveland, Ohio, U.S.A.;

AND WHEREAS by letter dated June 21, 1988, the applicant was advised of the requirements for licence issuance of the National Transportation Agency (hereinafter the Agency);

AND WHEREAS by letters dated March 6 and 26, 1991, the Agency advised the applicant that it had not received any documentation to indicate that the applicant had complied with the requirements necessary for the issuance of the licence and the applicant was required to show cause within thirty (30) days from the date of the letters why Decision No. 94-A-1988 should not be rescinded for failure to meet the requirements of the Agency;

AND WHEREAS by letter dated March 22, 1991, the counsel for the applicant advised the Agency that the applicant has not been in operation for a considerable period of time and all licences held by the company were cancelled by Order No. 1989-A-187 dated July 19, 1989;

AND WHEREAS to date the applicant has failed to establish to the satisfaction of the Agency that it has the qualifications necessary for licence issuance;

AND WHEREAS the Agency has considered the matter and is of the opinion that Decision No. 94-A-1988, in respect of the authority granted to the applicant to operate a scheduled international service between the points Toronto (Toronto Island Airport), Ontario, Canada and Cleveland, Ohio, U.S.A., should be rescinded.

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED THAT:

Decision No. 94-A-1988 dated June 15, 1988, in respect of the authority granted to the applicant to operate a scheduled international service between the points Toronto (Toronto Island Airport), Ontario, Canada and Cleveland, Ohio, U.S.A., is hereby rescinded.
