WHEREAS under Licence No. 883340, Aéroclub de Montréal (1984) Inc./Montreal Flying Club (1984) Inc. (hereinafter the Licensee) is authorized to operate a Class 4 Charter domestic service using fixed wing aircraft in Groups A, B and C, from a base at Montréal, Quebec;

AND WHEREAS under Licence No. 883341, the Licensee is authorized to operate a Class 9-4 Charter non-scheduled international service using fixed wing aircraft in Groups A, B and C;

AND WHEREAS by Decision No. 11161 dated November 27, 1987, inter alia, the authority to use fixed wing aircraft in Groups B and C under Licence Nos. A.T.C. 1380/62(C) and A.T.C. 308/62(CF) (now Licence Nos. 883340 and 883341) was suspended;

AND WHEREAS by telex dated December 30, 1987, the suspension of the authority to use fixed wing aircraft in Group C, under the above-noted licences was lifted;

AND WHEREAS the footnote to Condition No. 1 of Licence Nos. 883340 and 883341 states:

By A.T.C. Decision No. 11161 dated November 27, 1987, the authority to use fixed wing aircraft in Group B is suspended.

AND WHEREAS the Licensee has filed documents establishing to the satisfaction of the Agency that it has the qualifications necessary for licence issuance in respect of the authority to use fixed wing aircraft in Group B;

AND WHEREAS the Agency has reviewed the matter and is satisfied that the Licensee has the qualifications necessary for the issuance of Licence Nos. 883340 and 883341 in respect of the authority to use fixed wing aircraft in Group B;

AND WHEREAS the Agency is of the opinion that the suspension imposed by Decision No. 11161 should be lifted;

AND WHEREAS as a result of the lifting of the suspension of the authority to use fixed wing aircraft in Group B, the aforementioned footnote to Condition No. 1 is redundant.

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED THAT:

1. The suspension of the authority to use fixed wing aircraft in Group B under Licence Nos. 883340 and 883341 imposed by Decision No. 11161 dated November 27, 1987 is hereby lifted.
2. Licence Nos. 883340 and 883341 are hereby amended by deleting the footnote to Condition No. 1.

New documents of licence, bearing Licence Nos. 883340 and 883341, will issue.
