WHEREAS under Licence No. 883376, Joseph Angi carrying on business as Northern French Rivers Air Services (hereinafter the Licensee) is authorized to operate a Class 4 Charter domestic service restricted to serving the transportation requirements of the bona fide guests, employees and workmen (including luggage, material and supplies) of Totem Point Lodge, using fixed wing aircraft in Group A, from a base at Wolseley Bay, Ontario;

AND WHEREAS under Licence No. 883377, the Licensee is authorized to operate a domestic service;

AND WHEREAS by registered letter dated May 24, 1991, the Licensee was required to show cause within twenty-one (21) days from the date of the letter why Licence Nos. 883376 and 883377 should not be suspended or cancelled pursuant to subsection 75(1) of the National Transportation Act, 1987, R.S.C., 1985, c. 28 (3rd Supp.), as Transport Canada has advised the Agency that the operating certificate of the Licensee was suspended effective March 19, 1991;

AND WHEREAS to date, the Licensee has failed to respond to the aforementioned letter;

AND WHEREAS the Agency has reasonable grounds to believe that, in respect of the services for which the licences are issued, the Licensee ceases to have the qualifications necessary for the issuance of the licences;

AND WHEREAS the Agency has reviewed the matter and considers it appropriate to suspend Licence Nos. 883376 and 883377 and to require the Licensee to show cause why the said licences should not be cancelled.

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED THAT:

1. Licence Nos. 883376 and 883377 are hereby suspended pursuant to subsection 75(1) of the National Transportation Act, 1987.
2. The Licensee is hereby required to show cause within thirty (30) days from the date of this Order why the said licences should not be cancelled pursuant to subsection 75(1) of the National Transportation Act, 1987.

This Order shall form part of Licence Nos. 883376 and 883377 and shall remain affixed thereto as long as the said Order is in force.
