WHEREAS under Licence No. 890261, Weagamow Corporation (hereinafter the applicant) is authorized to operate a Class 3 Specific Point domestic service using fixed wing aircraft in Groups A and B, serving the points Weagamow Lake, Kingfisher Lake, Muskrat Dam Lake, Wunnummin Lake, Cat Lake, North Spirit Lake, Sandy Lake, Sachigo Lake, Bearskin Lake, Big Trout Lake, Angling Lake and Windigo Lake, Ontario;

AND WHEREAS by Decision No. 248-A-1990 dated May 1, 1990, the applicant was granted authority to also serve the point Kasabonika, Ontario under Licence No. 890261, subject to meeting the requirements set out in paragraph 72(2)(a) of the National Transportation Act, 1987, R.S.C., 1985, c. 28 (3rd Supp.);

AND WHEREAS by registered letter dated November 21, 1990, the applicant was required to show cause on or before December 21, 1990 why Decision No. 248-A-1990 should not be rescinded for failure to meet the requirements of the Agency;

AND WHEREAS by letter received by the Agency on December 17, 1990, the applicant requested that Decision No. 248-A-1990 be rescinded;

AND WHEREAS the Agency has considered the matter and is of the opinion that Decision No. 248-A-1990 should be rescinded.

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED THAT:

Decision No. 248-A-1990 dated May 1, 1990 is hereby rescinded.
