IN THE MATTER OF Order in Council P.C. 1976-894 dated April 13, 1976 which provides for the establishment annually of rates on rapeseed meal and rapeseed oil at minimum compensatory levels in accordance with the provisions of the Order in Council.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

  1. The rates prescribed by Order in Council P.C. 1990-2800 dated December 20, 1990, as contained in Schedule "A" of Order No. 1990-R-704 dated December 6, 1990 and annexed to the Order in Council, are rescinded, upon the effective date of the tariffs of rates produced in conformity with the rates prescribed in Schedule "A" of this Order.
  2. The respondent railway companies, within fourteen days of the date of approval by the Governor in Council of this Order, shall produce tariffs of rates in conformity with the rates prescribed in Schedule "A" of this Order. Such tariffs of rates shall not become effective prior to January 1, 1992 and shall not be changed until further Order.
