WHEREAS under Licence No. 883687, Cull Air Services Ltd. carrying on business as God's Narrows Airlines (1985) (hereinafter the Licensee) is authorized to operate a Class 4 Charter domestic service using fixed wing aircraft in Groups A and B, from a base at God's Lake Narrows, Manitoba;

AND WHEREAS under Licence No. 883688, the Licensee is authorized to operate a Class 9-4 Charter non-scheduled international service using fixed wing aircraft in Groups A and B;

AND WHEREAS under Licence No. 883689, the Licensee is authorized to operate a domestic service;

AND WHEREAS under Licence No. 920030, the Licensee is authorized to operate a Class 3 Specific Point domestic service using fixed wing aircraft in Groups A and B, serving the points God's Lake Narrows and God's River, Manitoba;

AND WHEREAS by Decision No. 592-A-1994 dated September 8, 1994, Licence Nos. 883687, 883688 and 920030 in respect of the authority to use fixed wing aircraft in Group A were suspended pursuant to subsections 75(2) and 97(2), as applicable, of the National Transportation Act, 1987, R.S.C., 1985, c. 28 (3rd Supp.) (hereinafter the NTA, 1987).

AND WHEREAS by registered letter dated July 31, 1995, Licence Nos. 883687, 883688 and 920030 in respect of the authority to use fixed wing aircraft in Group B and Licence No. 883689 were suspended pursuant to subsections 75(1) and 97(1), as applicable, of the NTA, 1987, for failure by the Licensee to hold a valid operating certificate. The Licensee was required to show cause within twenty-one (21) days from the date of the letter why Licence Nos. 883687, 883688 and 920030 in respect of the authority to use fixed wing aircraft in Group B and Licence No. 883689 should not be cancelled pursuant to subsections 75(1) and 97(1), as applicable of the NTA, 1987;

AND WHEREAS by letter dated August 29, 1995, the Licensee has requested the cancellation of its licences;

AND WHEREAS the Agency has reviewed the matter and considers it appropriate to cancel Licence Nos. 883687, 883688, 883689 and 920030.

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED THAT:

Licence Nos. 883687, 883688, 883689 and 920030 are hereby cancelled pursuant to subsections 75(2) and 97(2), as applicable, of the NTA, 1987.
