WHEREAS under Licence No. 950159, Continental Airlines Inc. doing business as Continental Airlines (hereinafter the Licensee) is authorized to operate a scheduled international service to serve the points Houston, Texas, U.S.A. and Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada;

AND WHEREAS under Licence No. 950163, the Licensee is authorized to operate a scheduled international service to serve the points Newark, New Jersey, U.S.A. and Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada;
