WHEREAS under NTA Licence No. 882230, CCI Aviation Ltd. (hereinafter the Licensee) is authorized to operate a Class 4 Charter domestic service using fixed wing aircraft in Group A, from a base at McBride, British Columbia;

AND WHEREAS under NTA Licence No. 882231, the Licensee is authorized to operate a domestic service;

AND WHEREAS under NTA Licence No. 882232, the Licensee is authorized to operate a Class 9-4 Charter non-scheduled international service using fixed wing aircraft in Group A;

AND WHEREAS by Decision No. 722-A-1995 dated October 27, 1995, NTA Licence Nos. 882230, 882231 and 882232 were suspended pursuant to subsections 75(2) and 97(2), as applicable, of the National Transportation Act, 1987, R.S.C., 1985, c. 28 (3rd Supp.);

AND WHEREAS by letter dated October 20, 1996, the Licensee has advised the Canadian Transportation Agency (hereinafter the Agency) that it has ceased operations;

AND WHEREAS pursuant to paragraphs 63(2)(b) and 75(2)(b) of the CTA, as applicable, the Agency may suspend or cancel a domestic licence and a non-scheduled international licence in accordance with a request from the Licensee for the suspension or cancellation;

AND WHEREAS the Agency is of the opinion that in the present circumstances, NTA Licence Nos. 882230, 882231 and 882232 should be cancelled.

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED THAT:

NTA Licence Nos. 882230, 882231 and 882232 are hereby cancelled pursuant to paragraphs 63(2)(b) and 75(2)(b) of the CTA, as applicable.
