IN THE MATTER OF the suspension of Licence No. 961013 imposed by Order No. 2000-A-146 dated May 8, 2000 - Flowers Aviation Inc.

Under Licence No. 961013, Flowers Aviation Inc. (hereinafter the Licensee) is authorized to operate a domestic service, small aircraft.
By Order No. 2000-A-146 dated May 8, 2000, Licence No. 961013 was suspended pursuant to subsection 63(1) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10 (hereinafter the CTA), for failure by the Licensee to file with the Canadian Transportation Agency (hereinafter the Agency) a valid certificate of insurance. The Licensee was provided with a period of thirty (30) days from the date of the Order to show cause why Licence No. 961013 should not be cancelled pursuant to subsection 63(1) of the CTA.
The Licensee has filed a valid certificate of insurance. The Agency is satisfied that the Licensee meets the requirement of subparagraph 61(a)(iii) of the CTA.
Accordingly, the suspension of Licence No. 961013 imposed by Order No. 2000-A-146 dated May 8, 2000 is no longer in effect.
