IN THE MATTER OF the suspension of Licence No. 972219 imposed by Order No. 2000-A-212 dated June 20, 2000 - 650584 Alberta Inc. carrying on business as Alberta Citylink and/or Palliser Air.

Under Licence No. 972219, 650584 Alberta Inc. carrying on business as Alberta Citylink and/or Palliser Air (hereinafter the Licensee) is authorized to operate a domestic service, small aircraft.
By Order No. 2000-A-212 dated June 20, 2000, Licence No. 972219 was suspended pursuant to subsection 63(1) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10 (hereinafter the CTA), for failure by the Licensee to hold a valid Canadian aviation document. The Licensee was provided with a period of thirty (30) days from the date of the Order to show cause why Licence No. 972219 should not be cancelled pursuant to subsection 63(1) of the CTA.
The Licensee now holds a valid Canadian aviation document. The Canadian Transportation Agency (hereinafter the Agency) is satisfied that the Licensee meets the requirement of subparagraph 61(a)(ii) of the CTA.
Accordingly, the suspension of Licence No. 972219 imposed by Order No. 2000-A-212 dated June 20, 2000 is no longer in effect.
