Under Licence No. 010067, 1074040 Ontario Inc. carrying on business as Eagle Flight Centre (hereinafter the Licensee) is authorized to operate a domestic service, small aircraft.

By Order No. 2001-A-501 dated November 6, 2001, Licence No. 010067 was suspended pursuant to subsection 63(1) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10 (hereinafter the CTA), for failure by the Licensee to hold a valid Canadian aviation document. The Licensee was provided with a period of thirty (30) days from the date of the Order to show cause why Licence No. 010067 should not be cancelled pursuant to subsection 63(1) of the CTA.

The Licensee now holds a valid Canadian aviation document. The Canadian Transportation Agency (hereinafter the Agency) is satisfied that the Licensee meets the requirement of subparagraph 61(a)(ii) of the CTA.

Accordingly, the suspension of Licence No. 010067 imposed by Order No. 2001-A-501 dated November 6, 2001 is no longer in effect.
