IN THE MATTER OF the suspension of Licence Nos. 990015 and 990016 imposed by Order No.2002-A-481dated November 29, 2002 - AirCharters Canada Inc. carrying on business as Sol Air Charters.

Under Licence No. 990015, AirCharters Canada Inc. carrying on business as Sol Air Charters (hereinafter the Licensee) is authorized to operate a domestic service, small aircraft.

Under Licence No. 990016, the Licensee is authorized to operate a non-scheduled international service, small aircraft, to transport traffic on a charter basis between Canada and any other country.

By Order No. 2002-A-481 dated November 29, 2002, Licence Nos. 990015 and 990016 were suspended pursuant to subsection 63(1) and paragraph 75(1)(a) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10 (hereinafter the CTA), for failure by the Licensee to file with the Canadian Transportation Agency (hereinafter the Agency) a valid certificate of insurance. The Licensee was provided with a period of thirty (30) days from the date of the Order to show cause why Licence Nos. 990015 and 990016 should not be cancelled pursuant to subsection 63(1) and paragraph 75(1)(a) of the CTA.

The Licensee has filed a valid certificate of insurance. The Agency is satisfied that the Licensee meets the requirement of subparagraphs 61(a)(iii) and 73(1)(a)(iii) of the CTA.

Accordingly, the suspension of Licence Nos. 990015 and 990016 imposed by Order No. 2002-A-481 dated November 29, 2002 is no longer in effect.
